He has done some painting and is heading out to pick up the trash and clean up the greens from goose droppings and small twigs on #17. Then he will pour some concrete to make a couple of stands for the fencing. (We have another 6 to make and then we will be done.)
With the overnight rain to this point being .62″ I don’t think the greens will be dry enough to move cups. With saturated conditions the plugs will not come out of the green. So at this point I believe it will have to wait for drier conditions. Hopefully they didn’t get significantly more rain upstream so we don’t flood.
We will pull out the granite signs to get started on the cleaning process and then start to repaint them. This will be quite the time consuming process for 17 signs. (Reminder #9 was stolen several years ago.)
The weather looks good for the next couple of days so if you get a chance stop out and sneak in a round in January.
