Not really, but to my guys it has to feel like it. I think we are up to the 6th flood of the season and the 4th cleanup. The first two were in mid winter when we were closed. We had the fairways and rough cleaned before the last flood which in our standpoint was mild.
Mild means that we didn’t have to bring out the flail and sweeper to get the fairways and rough un-buried from corn stalks and debris.
Only a couple of hours to get the cart paths passable with the skid steer and the Steiner Rotary Broom. Like usual, we will be waiting for drying time to get the rest of the debris out of the natural.
So we are getting staged for the weekend and getting you out to do some golfing.
So, tomorrow we want to get out to mow greens, collars, move tee markers, and get a first raking to fluff bunkers. That should keep us busy for the day.
